Welcome to Kincarrathie House, Perth, Scotland

Kincarrathie House is a residential care home for the elderly located in beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Perth.  The management of Kincarrathie House offer a highly professional care service for the elderly, with a personal touch.  We are pleased to accept residents for long and short-term care and for convalescence and holidays.

The care home is maintained to a high standard, both in terms of decoration and furnishings which provide a welcoming and comfortable environment.

We believe that being able to visit and spend some time in Kincarrathie House, talking to people who live here and members of staff, is essential to assist a positive choice to live permanently in the care home.

We will respect your need to have time to make a decision and will give you the opportunity to do so without pressure or hindrance.

You may visit for coffee, spend a day with us or a short stay in our respite room, prior to making your decision.  You are welcome to have a family member or advisor with you should you wish them to be involved in these visits.

Kincarrathie House is owned and operated by the Kincarrathie Trust, a charitable trust
(SC 016809).  The original house was formerly the home of Mr A. K. Bell, who founded the Gannochy Trust (SC 003133) and his wife Camilla Bell, Mrs Bell ( who survived her husband) bequeathed Kincarrathie House to the Gannochy Trust which gifted it and its extensive grounds to the Kincarrathie Trust
